  • What is the status of my order?

Please allow 48 hours after placing your order for the status to be updated. It typically takes 2-4 business days to process orders and receive a tracking number. Please check your order shipping confirmation email to track it. 

 

  • I would like to cancel my order:

Orders can only be canceled if they haven’t been shipped. If you have not received an order shipment confirmation email, please send an email requesting an order cancellation. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please be sure you want to place an order before hitting the confirmation button! Thank you for understanding. 

 

  • I do not like my item and I would like to return it:

Please email contact@chiwrapz.com to exchange your item or receive store credit towards your next purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot confirm the availability of items for exchanges by mail. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping cost of exchange items. Please note that we do not issue refunds only store credit.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.

 

  • I returned my order. When will my store credit be issued?

Please allow 5-7 business days for a gift card to be issued after receiving the item. You will receive an email once your gift card has been issued.

 

  • I want to buy a product in-person. Do you have a physical store I can visit?

Unfortunately, Chiwrapz does not have a physical store location; we are an e-commerce shop only. We do have pop-up shops and events. Please subscribe to out newsletter to get updates.

 

  • I noticed that a product is out of stock! When will it be re-stocked?

We typically restock every 6-8 weeks, sometimes sooner. Please sign up for our newsletter to get updates on restocks. You can also sign up to get product specific restock updates.

 

  • Do you take custom orders?

Unfortunately, we do not take custom orders at this time.

 

  • Do you take bulk orders?

Yes, please email contact@chiwrapz.com or complete the contact form and we will get back to you.

 

  • I received the wrong item or have an issue with my order, what should I do?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We do our best to make your shopping experience with Chiwrapz wonderful. Please send us an email at contact@chiwrapz.com with your order number, and we will fix our error at no additional cost to you.

 

  • I do not know how to tie a headwrap, how can I learn?

  • What is QuadPay?
QuadPay is an installment payment platform that lets you pay for your purchase using a credit or debit card. QuadPay will automatically split the purchase amount into 4 payments, every two weeks. QuadPay empowers our customers  to buy now and pay over time! This method of payment allows you to pay over time in four (4) easy installments for your Chiwrapz purchase.

  • Who can use QuadPay?
In order to have an account with QuadPay, you must:
1. Live in the US
2. Be at least 18 years old
3. Have a valid and verifiable mobile number
4. Use a US credit or debit card to make a purchase


  • What information will QuadPay ask for?
1. Full Name
2. Address
3. Date of Birth
4. U.S. Mobile Number
5. U.S. Debit or Credit Card

Additionally, QuadPay requires a mobile phone number and text message verification to get started instead of having a traditional username and password.


  • Is there a limit on how much I can spend with QuadPay?
Each transaction is assessed before it is approved and QuadPay does not approve every order! QuadPay considers a variety of factors to determine approvals and spend limits. For example, if you are a repeat purchaser and have made all of your repayments in time, you'll likely receive a higher limit than someone who is a new customer.

  • What is my QuadPay purchase if under $35?
To use QuadPay as your payment method at checkout, your order subtotal must be equal to or greater than $35.00 (with discounts applied). If the order is under $35.00, you can still complete your purchase using a different payment method.

Please note: When a discount code is applied at checkout, the discount will reduce your order total. Be sure to review the price breakdown before completing your order.


  • How do I sign up for QuickPay?
It’s super easy! It’s easy! Sign up while you checkout on the Chiwrapz website. For the initial sign up, QuadPay will ask for your date of birth, a US mobile number and a US debit or credit card. Once you've entered your information, you'll know if you are approved instantly!
